With 2017 fast approaching, rumours around Samsung’s next big flagship, the Galaxy S8, are increasing, All eyes are set for the next Samsung flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S8. An earlier post As per the leaks hinted at the S8 featuring a curved 5.1-inch 2K Super AMOLED display, and the larger 5.5-inch version sporting a 4K display. Even the launch date has been unofficially confirmed pointing to 26th February launch which will be during MWC 2017.

Now a new rumor suggests the smartphone may come in a 256GB version , a shift in the strategy from the Galaxy S7, which came in 32/64GB variants and offered external memory support up to 256GB. Aping Apple’s strategy, iPhone 7 comes in 32GB, 128 and 256GB versions, but without a memory card slot Samsung may bump the inbuilt storage of its device to 256GB.The Galaxy S8 is also expected to come in the 6.2-inch form factor with a bezel-less design, with over 90 percent screen to body ratio.
